If you are over nineteen, have mild to moderate depression, or are struggling with stress or anxiety, we can help.
Bounce Back® Online is a self-help program that gives you the skills to manage your depression or anxiety and feel better at your own pace. It uses interactive video-based modules, fillable e-books and interactive worksheets designed to give you the tools you need to help yourself.
Eligibility is assessed by the MindHealthBC online screening quiz, meaning you don’t need a doctor’s referral to take the course.
With this supported self-help program, a trained Bounce Back® coach will help you learn and apply a range of skills which further expand on the online program. The coach will help keep you on track and offer support as you work through the program you create together. All materials are available to download or hard copies can be mailed to you if you prefer.
This service is available in English, French, Cantonese and Punjabi.
A doctor’s referral is required to access telephone coaching.
Call 1.866.639.0522 (toll-free) for more information.
The online program is better suited if you like independent learning in an online only environment. If you need more support in understanding and completing the materials, or if you've started the online program and got stuck, try the telephone program.
If you still don't know, we recommend you start with the online program, and if you are having trouble ask your doctor for a referral to the telephone coaching.
